Welcome!

Hey there, I’m Dani, and welcome to Aligned Adventurer. I’m a full-time chiropractor and functional neurologist with a serious case of wanderlust and a Gypsy soul. Currently, I live in Minnesota with my husband, Jordan, and our two dogs.

My love for adventure started at a very young age—probably as soon as I could walk—but my passion for travel ignited at 17, when I took my first trip to Mexico. That experience sparked something in me, and I knew I had to see more of the world. Since then, I’ve spent every opportunity I can exploring new corners of the earth.

I love all things adventure—from snowboarding and snowmobiling to four-wheeling, boating, camping, scuba diving, and everything in between. Some of my favorite places to visit include Thailand, Costa Rica, Ireland, Arizona, Colorado, and more.

Beyond my love for travel, I’m deeply committed to guiding others toward health and wellness. I truly believe that traveling—experiencing new places, cultures, and ways of life—helps us better understand ourselves and the world around us. Before chiropractic school, I served as a combat and flight medic in the military, which took me to many parts of the world. My life experiences—both in the military and beyond—ultimately led me to become a chiropractor, open my own practice, and start this journey.

Every day, I have the privilege of helping others retrain and strengthen their brains and bodies to live better, healthier lives. Aligned Adventurer is my way of reaching beyond the walls of my practice to inspire others to find balance between their health and their adventurous spirit. Here, I’ll share travel stories, budgeting tips, and insights to help you live fully aligned with your passions.
